These Terms do not apply to the Private Services unless explicitly stated in the applicable Service Agreement.

- Public Website: The publicly accessible website located at uniwire.com, including all subdomains, content, and features available without requiring a user account or subscription.
- Private Services: Uniwire’s cryptocurrency SaaS platform, tools, APIs, or other services that require a user account, subscription, or execution of a Service Agreement.
- Service Agreement: A separate, individualized agreement between you (or your organization) and a Uniwire entity that governs your access to and use of the Private Services.
- User, you, or your: Any individual or entity accessing the Public Website or, where applicable, engaging with Uniwire under a Service Agreement for Private Services.
- Uniwire, we, us, or our: Uniwire, a provider of cryptocurrency SaaS solutions, including its affiliated entities serving specific regions.
3. Use of the Public Website
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms to use the Public Website. By accessing the Public Website, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

When accessing Private Services, you (or your organization) will enter into a Service Agreement with a Uniwire entity specifically designated to serve your region, in compliance with applicable local regulations and requirements, such as cryptocurrency laws, data protection, and anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. These Terms do not govern the Private Services, and any rights, obligations, or restrictions related to the Private Services are exclusively outlined in the relevant Service Agreement.
To access the Private Services, you must:
- Enter into a valid Service Agreement with the Uniwire entity designated for your region.
- Comply with all terms, conditions, and payment obligations specified in the Service Agreement.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials or access keys provided for the Private Services.

5. User Conduct
You agree to use the Public Website in a manner that:

- Respects the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
